Orders & Shipping
Simply browse our website, add your favorite fragrances to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days.
No, we don’t offer worldwide delivery at the moment
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check the status in the “My Orders” section of your account.
Address changes are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds are only issued in special cases, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Otherwise, we offer exchanges.
Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
